Income Advice Service

Wellhouse Housing Association offers a comprehensive Income Advice Service to all Wellhouse Housing Association tenants. 

Our Income Advice Officer is able to assist tenants with a wide variety of issues including:

Challenging benefit decisions & providing appeal representation.

Providing benefit checks / Income maximization checks.

Completing benefit forms.

Assisting tenants to make benefit claims.

Our Income Advice Officer can be contacted Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm and can offer telephone appointments, face to face appointments, and advice by email.
